Job Description

Support Worker, Wrexham Council, Adults respite Team - Must have a minimum of 2 years+ UK experience within an Adult Social Work team

Our client is looking for a support Worker with 2 years+ UK experience within an Adults team

The responsibilities will include:

• Senior support worker to line manage supported living houses, rota management, out of hours, direct management of supprt staff, develop and review personal centred plans
• Keep accurate and legible records and update documentation as required in line with departmental policies and procedures
• Home visits
• Good written and verbal skills
• Flexible approach
• Able to prioritise work and work to deadlines under pressure
• Able to work as a team
• Liaise appropriately with colleagues and other professionals
• 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
• Immediate start
• 3 Month Temporary Contract

The successful candidate will need to hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, have a current CRB and be a car driver.
