Qualified Social Worker, Case Supervisor, North East Lincolnshire Council, Child Protection Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team

Our client is looking for a qualified Social Worker with 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children’s Social Work team

The team work extremely well together to ensure the safety of children under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager

The responsibilities will include:

• We are looking for a mix of Qualified Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join our front-line protection team

• You have a recognised professional Social Work Qualification (MA/BA/BSC in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or CSQW)

• You have a commitment to the highest of practice standards
• You have knowledge and experience of Child in Need, Child Protection, Public and Private law (including adoption)

• Child Protection work

• Manage a case load
• Home Visits
• Court Work
• Liaise with other professionals
• 37 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
• 3 month Temporary Contract
• Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance

The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent must be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS and be a car driver.
