Over and above this we are currently offering the following incentives:
UPTO £500 for CANDIDATE REFERRALS
We currently have urgent requirements for GSCC registered social workers with a minimum of two years statutory experience within a Childrens Services setting. We will pay up to £500, dependent upon the role and team, for each GSCC registered social worker you refer to us who has a minimum of two years statutory experience within Children's Services and who subsequently complete four weeks full time work with us.
UPTO £500 for JOB REFERRALS
If you make us aware of a new vacancy within your team, and we subsequently place someone within the team as a direct result of your referral, we will pay you up to £500, dependent upon the Team & Role, and upon completion of four weeks full-time work.

The above offers are subject to the criteria specifically described above and no negotiation will be entered into.

All relevant experience must have been gained within the past two years.
Full-Time work means a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Monetary bonuses will be sent within 14 days of completion of four weeks full time work and will be subject to Tax and NI.
