Whilst many of the checks now being introduced as legal requirements
have always been encompassed in our procedures, we welcome
and applaud any procedures that improve and increase the general
quality of staff supplied.
Our
protocols comply fully with EL(97) 48, Warner Report and National
Care Standards as appropriate. Criminal Record Bureau checks
are carried out as applicable.

Training
All
of our qualified Social Workers are offered 5 days free training
a year in addition to a full PQ Programme.
As
members of the WMRPQC, our training courses & PQ Programmes
are carried out by Staffordshire Social Services Training
& Development Centre, are fully certificated and quality
assured.
24 Hour On Call Service
Entrust
Social Care Ltd operates a true 24 hour out of hours service.
The system operates as follows:-
Our
main telephone number is also our out of hours number. When
our offices are unmanned, the main number is redirected to
a suitably experienced and approved recruitment consultant.
Utilising the same number saves any confusion for Clients
and Locums.
Outside
normal office hours our on-call consultant has a home-based
PC with full remote access to all of Entrust’s computer
systems including our Locum database. |
