All our candidates are subject to a comprehensive vetting process which includes a minimum of three years professional references, full validation of qualifications and experience, Enhanced DBS check along with a face-to-face interview.

 

Safeguarding

As an REC Audited agency, you have independent assurance that Entrust Education recruits all staff according to the DFE 2007 publication ‘Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education.’

In line with the recent OFSTED report of March 2014, Entrust Education adheres to a strict policy on Safeguarding, encompassing the full recruitment process and the continual monitoring and training of staff that we provide to schools, nurseries and other clients. All our staff are expected to undergo a safeguarding awareness course, focusing on child abuse and neglect, before commencing their first assignment with Entrust.

 

SEN In-Placement Training

At Entrust we recognise that there is a shortage of experienced  and highly specialised Teaching Assistants within the Special Educational Needs arena and, as such, we would like to offer our clients the  opportunity to address this problem.  Through our excellent staff-profiling techniques, we are able to provide highly experienced TAs  with limited Special Needs knowledge, on a reduced cost basis, whilst providing NCFE and OCN accredited in-house Special Educational Needs training throughout their placement with the client.
