AWR Responsibilities
Responsibility for the Administration of the AWR regulations is as follows:
- Both the agency and the employer share responsibility
- The employer must ensure they provide the agency with accurate and timely information about terms and conditions
- The agency must ensure they utilise that information to provide appropriate pay and conditions for the agency worker
