AWR Entitlements
Specific Entitlements Agency Workers Will Have include but are not limited to the following:
- The rights of the agency worker are broken into two areas - 'Day 1' rights and 'week 12' rights
- Days 1 rights give access to: -permanent vacancies within the organisation -Childcare and crèche facilities -Canteen (subsidised if that applies to permanent staff)
- Access to 'collective facilities' is provided on the same terms as for a permanent employee - i.e. If there is a waiting list for crèche facilities for perm staff then the temp worker would still have to join that waiting list
